We’re back from a well-earned break and ready to make 2025 a great year. With comforting classics and healthier options, we have something for you so, why not pop in and say hi?
Our stuffed cookies are back, as popular as ever. The festive season may be over, but winter is still here, and dishes like mince and dumplings or giant filled Yorkshire puddings are perfect for staying warm.
If you’re starting the year with healthier habits, we’ve got you covered. Options like avocado on toast, porridge, bean stew, and our soup of the day are nutritious, satisfying, and great for sticking to your goals.
As we look back on 2024, it was a year full of highlights. Early on, we upgraded our till system to improve service, especially during busy periods. We also introduced Wendy’s favourite dish: avocado with a hint of chilli on Mick’s homemade toast, topped with poached eggs and optional bacon.
In spring, our gluten-free giant chocolate chunk cookie became a customer favourite. Summer brought the Browson Beats charity music festival, where we served food alongside live music and family activities to support a good cause.
In July, we introduced branded tote bags and travel mugs, and our “Furry Friends” wall celebrated the pets visiting Granny’s Kitchen. As winter set in, we joined the Christmas Fair with a double stall of treats and served seasonal favourites like apple caramel cake, stollen, and our Yorkshire puddings.
Thank you for supporting us throughout the year. Whether you stopped in for coffee, enjoyed a meal, or visited us at an event, you made 2024 special.
Happy New Year from all of us at Granny’s Kitchen. We’re excited to welcome you back in 2025! π
