Welcome to Granny's Kitchen

Granny’s Kitchen opened in Darlington 4th July 2009. We have gone through many changes including just selling on markets for a spell before finding our home on Finkle Street in Richmond.

Mick comes from a butchers background following on from his father in Knaresborough. He is famous for making cracking pork pies, along with savoury pastries and is our chief bread maker too.

Wendy has a home baking background from her mum who taught her how to bake, which is where our name comes from. Her mum is Granny to 16 grandchildren.
